Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09 bid platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and 09 bid. By accessing the platform or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 09 bid website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — The person who has registered on 09 bid or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The personal profile created through registration, through which services can be accessed.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds deposited or earned in the account.
• "Bonus" — An additional amount granted under a promotional offer, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The specified number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, meaning the identity verification process.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply equally to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and all other gaming services offered on the 09 bid platform. They also apply to any bonuses, promotions and special offers. Where a specific game or service within the platform has its own separate terms, those specific terms will apply alongside these general Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To register on 09 bid and use any gaming or betting service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Any use of this platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, the user confirms on their own that they meet this age requirement.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

• Full legal name matching a government-issued identity document.
• An active mobile number to be used for OTP verification.
• Correct date of birth.
• A personal email address (not shared with anyone else).

2.3 Representations and Warranties

By completing registration, the user confirms that they are operating the account in their own name and for their own benefit, and not on behalf of or for any third party. The user also confirms that they are using the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment.

Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. The password must be strong and it is advisable to change it regularly. If anyone claims that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify 09 bid support immediately. 09 bid will not be responsible for any loss arising from misuse of the account or third-party access.

3.2 KYC Verification

09 bid reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The KYC process may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or when the balance exceeds a certain amount. In such cases, the following documents may be requested:

• A clear copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account).

If verification documents are not submitted within the given time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on 09 bid can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits must be made from the user's own mobile wallet account — funds sent from a third party's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

4.3 General Payment Terms

• If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawal will only be possible once the relevant wagering requirement has been met.
• If any suspicious activity is observed in a payment transaction, 09 bid reserves the right to hold the transaction for investigation purposes.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
• There is no facility to deposit or withdraw the same funds more than once — each transaction is processed separately.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,500 and the total balance will be ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

09 bid regularly offers the following promotions:

• Weekly 09 bid Deposit Reward: 30% of eligible deposits, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement 20x the bonus; minimum deposit ৳500.
• 09 bid Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of the deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering requirement 25x the bonus; applicable once per day on slot games.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% of the deposit, up to ৳12,000; wagering requirement 22x the bonus; available once on weekends.
• Birthday 09 bid Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering requirement 15x the bonus; once per year.
• Refer a Friend 09 bid Bonus: up to ৳3,000; wagering requirement 18x the bonus; for each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless 09 bid specifically permits it.
• Before claiming a bonus, the specific terms of the relevant promotion must be read.
• 09 bid reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If any irregularity or fraud is found in the use of a bonus, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when the 09 bid system confirms it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the user's account. In the case of an incomplete bet due to network issues or technical errors, the 09 bid system log will be considered the final proof.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the interface of the relevant game. 09 bid reserves the right to adjust the bet limits of any user under special circumstances.

6.3 Results and Wins or Losses

For sports betting, bets will be settled using official result sources recognised by 09 bid. If any event is abandoned, postponed or incomplete, 09 bid's own rules will apply to the relevant bets. For casino and slot games, the result from the game provider's RNG (Random Number Generator) system is final.

6.4 Technical Issues

If incorrect odds or prizes are displayed due to a technical error, server issue or any other unintentional reason, 09 bid reserves the right to void the result of that bet and return the original stake.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 bid platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Providing false or fake information on an account.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting technical errors or system bugs.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.

7.2 Money Laundering

The 09 bid platform may not be used in any way as a vehicle for money laundering or financial fraud. If such activity is suspected, 09 bid reserves the right to close the relevant account immediately and hand over all information to the relevant authorities.

7.3 Software Misuse

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's code or systems.
• Attempting to access from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Responsible Gaming

09 bid believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and to ensure it does not have a negative impact on anyone's life, we follow a responsible gaming policy. Each user is encouraged to set their own limits and play within their budget.

8.1 Self-Set Limits

Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately; a request to increase a limit may take up to 72 hours to come into effect.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any user can exclude themselves from the platform for a fixed period or permanently. This request can be made through 09 bid support and will be processed within 48 hours. Creating a new account during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.

8.3 Minor Protection

If anyone under the age of 21 is suspected of using the platform, 09 bid will immediately close that account. Parents and guardians should enable parental controls on their devices.

9.1 Data Protection Measures

09 bid uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies to keep user data secure. Payment information is not stored directly on 09 bid's servers — the relevant payment provider handles it through their own security systems.

9.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

User data will be shared with third parties only when: (a) there is a legal obligation; (b) it is required for KYC verification; or (c) it is necessary for payment processing. Personal data is not sold for advertising purposes.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

09 bid makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server updates, or unexpected technical issues. 09 bid is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result.

10.2 Betting Losses

Losing money on bets is a normal part of gaming. 09 bid bears no responsibility for any financial loss a user incurs through gaming or betting. It is the user's responsibility to bet within their own means.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The games available on the platform are developed by third-party providers. The relevant game provider is responsible for game content, RTP, and technical issues; 09 bid acts as an intermediary in this regard.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User Request

A user may request to close their account at any time. If there are no active bonuses on the account at the time of the request and there is a remaining balance, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. After the account is closed, stored personal data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 09 bid

09 bid may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete KYC information.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Age restriction violation.

If an investigation needs to be conducted before closing the account, the balance will be held during that period. If no wrongdoing is found through the investigation, the balance will be returned.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

09 bid reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification. Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.

If a user continues to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If any change is not acceptable to a user, they may request to close their account.
